Error Msg "MSPOOL_S.dll not found. Reload program." found on startup
During startup since Windows 7 Upgrade (from Vista) was installed get above message in dialog box titled (in blue area at top)MSTMON_S.EXE. What is it I am reloading and how do I do it?
